EXPLANATION ON THE CONGRESS PUBLICATION PROCESS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO AVOID ANY VICTIMS IN THE PUBLICATION PROCESS.

We offer 3 publication alternatives within the scope of our congress. ​

1- PUBLICATION IN THE CONGRESS BOOK: Your abstract and full texts will be published in the congress book with ISBN. No additional fee (included in the congress fee payment) is requested for this. Abstracts and full texts should be sent to the congress email address.

2- PUBLISHING AS AN ARTICLE IN THE JOURNAL: The full texts of the participants will be published as articles in the following journals, provided that they pass the referee process. For this  

- Carefully read the writing rules and publication principles of the journal you prefer.

- You must edit your article in accordance with the journal's writing rules and upload/send it directly to the journal (Please do not send your articles to us)

- Your article will be published as an article, provided that it passes the journal referee process. Being a congress participant is in the journal  does not guarantee the publication of the article.

- Our congress organization does not have the authority to interfere with the journal referee and publication process.

- Magazines offer 50% discount to our congress participants.  

- Please keep in touch with the journal at every stage including the payment, starting from the submission of the article to the relevant journal. As stated above, our congress organization does not have the authority to interfere in the journal referee and publication process in any way.  

Note: For discounted publication, please send a copy of your acceptance letter or participation certificate to the journal by e-mail.

3- INTERNATIONAL BOOK SECTION PUBLICATION: Our participants can have their full texts published as an international book chapter if they wish. As the congress organization, we have an agreement with the ISPEC Broadcasting Agency. ISPEC Agency charges 500 TL for the works accepted for publication in accordance with our agreement. If you want to have your work published as a book section, please carefully review the publication schedule, books to be published and other details on the website of the publishing agency. You should send your book chapters directly to the publishing house in accordance with the publishing rules of the publishing agency. Our congress organization does not have the authority to take any initiative and interfere with the editorial book publishing process.

In this regard, all work and transactions are carried out between our participants and the broadcasting agency.
